• Taxi and cab services in Himachal Pradesh
• Tour package bookings

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Advance payment may be required for certain services
• Cancellation policies apply to all bookings
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Additional charges may apply for extra services

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:

• More than 48 hours before: 10% cancellation fee
• 24-48 hours before: 25% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee
• No-show: No refund

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect our drivers and staff
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition
• Pay all charges on time

6. Limitation of Liability

TripPlan Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Severe weather conditions
• Road closures or traffic restrictions
• Vehicle breakdowns
